The Lokheed Martin F-117 Night Hawk was the first steahlth bomber. He was producted in 59 models by the compagny Lokheed Martin for the US Air force. The US Air force wanted a stealthy fly. We couldn't see this fly on a radar1. He was creating in 1970 and he was unveiled in june the 18th in 1981. He was piloted by one pilot. He weight 13 381 kg.His fuselage was very special. He was composed RAM: Radar-Absorbent Material. And his figure reflected a very little echo radar.

His top speed was Mach 1 : 1X the speed of sound. He was equiped of two bombs in hold. He didn't have an external armament.

In the Gulf war he destroyed 40% Iraqi targets.

He was removed from the service in April 2008.
