Ingredients (for 25 small pancakes):

250 grams of flour

3 eggs

1 pinch of salt

60 grams of sugar

25 cl of milk

Preparation:

Mix the flour, the sugar and the salt in the bowl. Add the eggs and mix well.

Add the milk slowly, mix well.

Let rest to refrigerator during one hour.

Put some oil in the stove for pancakes. Put some of the preparation with a soup spoon in the stove.

Cook the pancake quickly. Return when you see small holes on the top.

Repaet operation until exhaustion of the dough.

Savor the pancakes very hot with maple syrup, jam, sugar or plain.
